Paul Elliott is the sole Principal of the firm having worked in the industry for over 20 years. Paul is passionate about providing clients with advice and direction in an increasingly difficult financial environment. His experience and knowledge gained from working with other leading accountants over the years has provided him with a unique approach to solving taxation and other financial issues that hold many business owners back.

Paul is a very hands-on Principal and believes that the best outcomes are achieved when clients are given the tools to operate their businesses more efficiently and effectively. He sees Elliott Accounting as an advisory partner in his clients’ businesses and strives to see all clients grow and be successful.

Outside of work Paul does have a private life that is equally as rewarding. Happily married with four children, there is plenty to keep him grounded while working in what can be a stressful occupation. Other interests include being involved with various not for profit organisations, dreaming of a Richmond Premiership and indulging in driving sports cars.

Having started his finance career with Elliott Accounting more than 10 years ago while attending federation university, we Welcome Tim back after 9 years in Melbourne.

Tim has applied his craft in the events and entertainment industry working in the finance department of many Melbourne companies.

Tim is a CPA and is passionate about helping businesses reach their full potential. Outside of work Tim is a keen sportsman, lover of all things food and owns a Sharpei that keeps him busy.

Matthew came across to our firm with Graeme Wallis and has been an outstanding senior accountant ever since. With his wealth of knowledge in taxation and accounting Matthew can answer those more complicated queries and ensures nothing is missed.

Being a keen overseas traveller (especially Las Vegas) he tries to make a trip every second year. If he could he would bring back a Classic Ford from every trip!

Matthew also enjoys spending time with his English Staffy “Peri”. Being easy going and relaxed Matthew is very approachable and helpful.

Tegan joined the practice in 2013 and it is her lovely smile and friendly nature that greets you when you enter our Ballarat Office. Her friendly phone manner and ever helpful nature makes her a very important part of our team. While working at Elliott Accounting Tegan has completed her Certificate IV in Business which gave her the skills and confidence to complete her tasks in an efficient manner.

Tegan has found a passion for overseas travel and her family and friends always come first. Her love of shopping and a new outfit for every occasion ensures she will be with us for quite sometime.
